Delivering your items on time and effectively is a high priority at Enthumo, we have chosen UPS as our courier service and try our best to ensure your order is dispatched as quicky and safely as possible.
All orders made before 3pm Monday to Thursday, and before 12pm Friday will be despatched promptly, usually within the same day providing your items are in stock or are en route to our store. Orders should be received sometime within the next 1-2 working days with our UPS standard service. Orders placed with Royal Mail can take anywhere from 3-7 days to receive your parcel.
Any orders made after 3pm, or of a weekend will be processed the following working day. If you order Friday before 12pm your order should arrive Monday/Tuesday, if you order after 12 noon of a Friday your order will arrive Tuesday/Wednesday.
All orders WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE upon receipt, so if you are not likely to be in during the day, please leave us with instructions for example "Please leave with a near-by neighbour".
Our standard delivery service offered by our couriers is £5.99 on all orders - although if you spend £60 in store this service is free! This is our safest and most effective way of delivering goods direct to your doorstep with the confidence you will be kept up to date via email regarding your delivery.

To thank you for ordering your detailing products from us and spending £30+ we would like to say our 'Thanks' to you by giving you free UK delivery using Royal Mail. This offer applies to England, Scotland and Wales only. If you are ordering from Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or outside of the UK, please contact us first so we can calculate your shipping costs.
If you choose to spend £60+ we will send your items via UPS whereby we would expect your items to be delivered within 1-2 working days.
We currently ship to England, Scotland and Wales with our standard services (choosing UPS or Royal Mail for your delivery).
If you require delivery to outside of the UK, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Europe or any other destination outside of Europe, please contact us first so we can calculate your delivery costs.
If you place an order to outside of our standard shipping destinations, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the delivery surchage that will be applicable for sending your item(s).
Out of stock items:
In the event an item is listed on the product page as "OUT OF STOCK" our system will still allow the product to be ordered in the store basket & checkout, but this does not necessarily mean the item is held in stock. Please always read the description of each item prior to placing them in your basket - we keep items updated with their in stock / out of stock status.
If you do order an item that is listed as "OUT OF STOCK" we will contact you as soon as possible to sort out a resolution to the order status so we can have your order processed and on it's way to you as soon as possible.
